This September will mark the 10th Anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11 on our nation. To commemorate the event, Beliefnet is honoring the lives of the innocent men, women and children who lost their lives, extending sympathy to those they left behind and honoring the first responders for their courageous efforts with its Fallen Towers, Rising Hope Campaign. Because we realize that the events of September 11, 2001 touched us all, and for many Americans changed our lives forever; we want to provide you with an opportunity to share how the events inspired you to make life changes whether large or small. Were you inspired to spend more time with family and friends, became more involved with Church and other organizations, make financial contributions to your favorite charity, volunteer your time, start a charity, or to otherwise become more involved in your community? We want to hear your story!

Just submit it online at Sweepstakes@BeliefnetStaff.com by September 6, 2011. Our editorial staff will review the entries and choose the story they feel to be most compelling. Best of all, the winner will receive $250 to donate to the charity of their choice and you and your story will be featured on our website.
